Mustafeed Platform appreciates your privacy and holds it to a great importance. Therefore, Mustafeed and its owner, the Social Investment Center, are committed to respecting and protecting your data privacy rights.
Personal Data
In order to provide our users with the best possible experience, the Mustafeed app requests the following data from all users:
- First name and last name
- Contact Number
- E-mail Address
Users can access and update their personal data at any stage in the “Profile” section of the application.
This data is used to identify the user and complete requests. The Social Investment Center is entitled to give permission to service partners to access this data when necessary; for the avoidance of doubt, this includes system developers, technical providers, and service suppliers.
To ensure the seamless operation and functionality of the Mustafeed platform, data processing may occur in coordination with authorized service partners and system infrastructure providers. We enforce strict legal and contractual restrictions on all third parties to ensure data is used solely for authorized purposes.
Privacy Policy Updates
The Social Investment Center reserves the right to make any necessary changes to this Privacy Policy in accordance with the laws and regulations issued by relevant authorities.
Response to Data Breaches
Upon discovery of a data breach, Mustafeed will assess the nature of the breach. If personal data is involved, Mustafeed will notify the Ministry and the affected personal data owners in accordance with established procedures.
User Responsibilities
Upon using our services, the user accepts and acknowledges the following:
- All data submitted is correct.
- The user is solely responsible for all submitted data.
- The user is solely responsible if any submitted data is false or incorrect.
- The user is solely responsible for all personal data used in the application.
- The user is solely responsible for all documents requested and submitted.
Mustafeed and the Social Investment Center are not responsible for:
- Any of the documents submitted by users.
- Using the application for any purpose not intended by Mustafeed / Social Investment Center.
Terms and Conditions
Account & Personal Data
To use the services offered by the Mustafeed application, you must create an account on the application or website. While we strive to provide our users with the best possible experience, the app will request:
- First name and last name
- Contact Number
- E-mail Address
This data is required to identify the customer and complete request orders. Only Mustafeed and Social Investment Center administrators can access the user’s name and phone number.
Users have the right to change their name on the application or website. However, once an account is created, the registered mobile phone number and email address cannot be changed.
We may share your data for the following reasons:
- In compliance with the laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman.
- Relevant civil, criminal, organizational, or investigative requests.
- Response to legal proceedings.
- Cooperation with law-enforcement agencies.
- In avoidance of harm to Mustafeed / Social Investment Center business, safety, assets, and reputation.
Administrators have the right to accept, reject, or suspend any account if deemed necessary or if violations are reported. Users are encouraged to submit relevant files, images, and folders as needed.
The Social Investment Center has the right to amend and change the Terms and Conditions of this agreement at any time in accordance with all laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman. Such amendments and changes become effective upon your acceptance of the updated agreement.
Mustafeed also reserves the right to modify and change any data on the pages referenced in sub-links of this agreement. Such modifications shall become effective upon posting. Continued use of the application or website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the application or website for any purpose other than that for which Mustafeed Application or website is made available.
The application and website are intended for the personal use of users only and may not be used in connection with unauthorized commercial activities.
In the event of any prohibited activities committed by the user, the Social Investment Center has the right to suspend, lock, or terminate any user's account and prevent their access to the service.
